REASON FOR EMPLOYEE ABSENTEEISM IN A COMPANY

Abstract

This research project reason for Employee Absenteeism in Sree Krishna Build Tech Pvt Ltd investigates the specific factors influencing employee absenteeism within the context of the construction industry. The principal objective is to ascertain the underlying factors contributing to employee absenteeism at Sree Krishna Build Tech and investigate the consequent consequences for both individual job satisfaction and organizational productivity. With a focus on the particular dynamics of the construction industry, the study combines surveys and interviews in a mixed-methods approach.
