EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTICOAGULANT THERAPY INCORONAVIRUS INFECTION

The use of anticoagulants is employed to prevent thrombotic complications in COVID-19, but the optimal anticoagulant therapy strategy has not yet been determined due to varying levels of kinin severity. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of anticoagulant therapy in COVID-19 patients. Materials and methods. Clinical trials were conducted in 2021 at the COVID-19 treatment department of the Comprehensive Medical Center in Khorezm region. A total of 187 patients with COVID-19 were examined. Diagnostic indicators were obtained from "Temporary Recommendations for the Treatment of Patients with Coronavirus Infection" for the diagnosis of COVID-19 patients. Research results. Moderate and severe cases of COVID-19 indicate hypercoagulability through decreased levels of APTT, PT, TT, INR, increased PI and fibrinogen. Increased levels of D-dimer, ferritin, C-reactive protein, and procalcitonin were observed in patients with moderate and severe COVID-19. Implementing a complex treatment with low molecular weight heparin in coronavirus infection effectively mitigated hypercoagulability.
