The Influence of Organizational Flexibility, Competence and Digital Transformation on Employee Performance with Training and Management Support as Mediators

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational flexibility, competency, and digital transformation on employee performance, with training and management support acting as mediators. The research method used is an explanatory survey, a causality study aimed at explaining the cause-and-effect relationships between several concepts or variables. The research subjects are organizational flexibility, competency, digital transformation, training, management support, and employee performance. The subjects of the study were 207 employees of Yarsi Hospital and RSGM in Central Jakarta. The results showed that organizational flexibility had a positive effect on employee performance, organizational flexibility did not have a positive and significant effect on employee training, competence had a positive effect on employee performance, Competence had a positive and significant effect on employee training, competence had a positive and significant effect on management support, digital transformation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, digital transformation had a positive and significant effect on employee training, digital transformation had a positive and significant effect on management support, training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Training was able to mediate positively and significantly the effect of digital transformation on employee performance, training was not able to mediate the effect of organizational flexibility on employee performance, training was able to mediate positively and significantly the effect of competence on employee performance, management support had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, management support was able to mediate positively and significantly the effect of digital transformation on employee performance, management support was able to mediate positively and significantly the effect of organizational flexibility on employee performance and Management support was able to mediate positively and significantly the effect of competence on employee performance.
