Abstract

Covenant and pledge are comprehensive terms that encompass a great many ethical and social concepts, and are involved in all aspects of public and private life,
on the intellectual and historical level, politically, doctrinally and socially. Hence, studying covenant and pledge is like studying the data of human thought in its
entirety, as we cannot imagine the integration of the intellectual dimension of any person on a personal level or among or within any society without a clear vision
of covenant and pledge crystallizing for him, especially since it is one of the most important starting points from which the human mind starts to understand other
aspects of life.
