This study examines the communication blockades between interior designers and teenage clients, with a particular focus on the limitations of traditional 2D design approaches. It identifies key challenges such as perceptual differences, lack of technical understanding, and the strong influence of social media on teenage expectations. The research highlights that teenagers often struggle to interpret 2D drawings, leading to ineffective communication and unsatisfactory design outcomes. A significant gap is found in integrating teenage psychology, interior design communication, and the Indian socio-cultural context. To address this, the study proposes an interactive, technology driven approach using advanced visualization and technology based tools. The findings suggest that such methods significantly improve understanding, engagement, and overall communication effectiveness in interior design.
