Abstract

This research paper delves into the rapidly growing field of E-HRM, On the basis of the studies motive and the research framework become provided in a preceding
article, this article describes the effects of the statistical evaluation for the information collection on the basis of the studies questions and research hypotheses. The
information evaluation blanketed the description of the Means and Standard Deviations for questionnaire consequences; Simple Regression analysis turned into
used also to have a look at and answer questions and take a look at having a look at hypotheses. In order to answer the research questions and test the hypotheses,
the researcher used Statistical package; this is a Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). To answer research questions, the researcher utilized means,
frequencies, and standard deviations. To test the research hypotheses, the researcher utilized simple regression analysis.
