Abstract

This research examines the financial and administrative policies during the caliphate of Uthman ibn Affan, exploring their repercussions
that led to the emergence of an opposition movement and his subsequent assassination. Moreover, it analyzes the stance of Imam Ali ibn Abi
Talib regarding these events, highlighting his pivotal role as a reformist mediator, a faithful advisor, and a dedicated figure striving to rectify
the course of the caliphate and preserve social cohesion.
