Abstract

This paper explores the relationship between different leadership styles (transformational, transactional, laissez-faire) and their impact on employee motivation and performance in organizations. The study aims to identify which leadership style is most effective in fostering a productive and motivated workforce. This research focuses on the various strategies that organizations can implement to enhance their organizational culture. It examines the correlation between a positive organizational culture and increased employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention rates. The study also identifies key elements that contribute to a thriving workplace environment.
