Abstract

Referrals are extremely crucial for small and local businesses who want to attract new clients. More than 80% of small businesses want referrals, but less than 30% have a system in place to handle them. This leads to irregular growth and makes it hard for customers to find them. Without a trustworthy referral system, small company owners and self- employed persons struggle to generate meaningful leads and build trust over time. To tackle this issue, this paper proposes CredoHive – Your Business Wingman. This is a digital tool developed to help businesses expand in a more structured way. The proposed system allows users to create verified accounts, share and track referrals, and enhance their reputation through ratings and reviews. CredoHive is geared at small business owners, freelancers, and service provider
