Abstract

The study aims to identify the factors driving employees’ intention to quit their jobs in industrial parks in Hai Phong City, under the moderate influence of supervisor support. It surveyed 288 respondents working in enterprises within Hai Phong’s industrial parks. The results of the linear regression analysis show that emotional exhaustion, work-related stress, work-family conflict, and lack of personal accomplishment increase employees’ intention to quit in these parks. Additionally, supervisor support plays an important moderating role in reducing the intention to quit. Based on these findings, the study suggests several implications to help enterprises develop effective human resource management policies, retain employees, ensure sustainable growth, and enhance their competitiveness.
