This study investigates the correlation between condylar head shape and occlusal types in children across different age groups. A diverse sample
of children was analyzed to discern patterns in condylar morphology and occlusion development. Utilizing advanced imaging techniques,
condylar head shapes were categorized, and occlusal types were assessed. Preliminary findings suggest a potential association between specific
condylar head shapes and distinct occlusal patterns in pediatric populations. Age-related variations in these relationships were also explored.
Understanding these correlations may contribute to early identification of orthodontic issues, aiding in timely intervention and personalized
treatment strategies for pediatric patients. This research sheds light on the nuanced relationship between condylar morphology and occlusion,
paving the way for more targeted approaches in pediatric dentistry.
