Abstract

Sustainable development means improving people’s lives while protecting the environment for future generations. In this process, women play a very important
role, but their contributions are often overlooked. This paper highlights how women act as key agents of sustainable development in areas such as education, health,
environment, and the economy. Women are central to managing natural resources, supporting family well-being, and promoting community development. When
women have access to education, skills, and decision-making power, they can contribute more effectively to sustainable practices
