Nature and Trend of Stock Price Behaviour of Nepal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to draw ideas related to the nature and trend of stock price behavior of Nepal. This research work will provide vital information
about the factors influencing Market price of stock. This study focus on return of assets, earning per share, transaction volume, size of total assets and net profit.
The research design that has been adopted for this study was descriptive based on secondary data. Empirical finding from the regression analysis shows a
positive relationship between EPS and MP. It showsthat dividend yield has an inverse relationship with that of market price.
