The integration of the Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) [5] with the Universal Immunization Program’s digital platform (U-WIN)[6],
represents a significant advancement in India’s public health infrastructure. This study explores the potential benefits, challenges, and policy
implications of linking ABHA with U-WIN to enhance immunization tracking, ensure continuity of care, and improve vaccination coverage.
By analyzing secondary data from government reports, policy documents, and research studies, the paper highlights how ABHA-enabled digital
health records can streamline immunization data management, reduce missed vaccinations through automated reminders, and facilitate datadriven decision-making for public health interventions. However, challenges such as interoperability issues, digital literacy barriers, and data
privacy concerns need to be addressed for effective implementation. The findings suggest that a well-integrated digital health ecosystem can
significantly contribute to improving immunization outcomes and advancing India’s progress toward Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)
3.2—reducing preventable child mortality[7].
