AI–Driven Domain Discovery & Personalized Placement Readiness Platform

The transition from academic learning to professional employment is a critical challenge for many students, especially in selecting the right career domain aligned with their skills, interests, and market demand. While some students receive proper guidance through family or professional networks, many lack structured mentoring and data-driven support, leading to confusion and misaligned career choices. This paper presents an AI–Driven Domain Discovery and Personalized Placement Readiness Platform, a web-based intelligent system designed to assist students from their second year onward in identifying suitable career paths and preparing systematically for placements. The platform features a multi-role architecture including Super Admin (Placement Cell Head), Placement Coordinator, and Student, enabling centralized management and personalized guidance. Through AI-powered skill assessment, performance analytics, domain recommendation algorithms, and an integrated AI Coach for training and interview preparation, the system continuously tracks student progress and provides customized learning roadmaps. Placement Coordinators can assign assessments and monitor development, while the Placement Cell Head can make data-driven decisions to match students with appropriate placement drives. By integrating domain discovery, skill enhancement, and intelligent placement management within a unified platform, the proposed system aims to reduce career uncertainty, improve placement success rates, and enhance institutional efficiency
